Our products are produced on demand by third-party printing and fulfilment partners. This means items are generally manufactured specifically after an order has been placed, rather than held in stock.

These variations do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer protection standards.

Product availability may change, and we may discontinue products without prior notice.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we'll contact you and offer an appropriate alternative or refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Where applicable, taxes and delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you've already placed, we'll contact you before proceeding and give you the option to accept the corrected price or receive a full refund.

We will not charge additional amounts without your agreement.

5. Orders and Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging your purchase.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues or an inability to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we'll refund the amount paid for the cancelled items, including any applicable delivery charges.

Please ensure that your order details are correct before completing checkout.

6. Printing and Production

Our products are made to order using professional third-party printing and fulfilment services.

Production may begin shortly after your order is placed.

If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll try to accommodate your request, although production changes cannot always be guaranteed.

Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected, including where an order has already entered production.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We work with external fulfilment and delivery partners to deliver orders to our customers.

Estimated production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination and delivery service.

Any delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

We are responsible for ensuring that your order is delivered in accordance with applicable consumer law.

If an order is lost, significantly delayed or otherwise not delivered, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver your order without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being formed, as required by UK consumer law.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Our products are printed to order, but this does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights.

UK customers generally have 14 days after receiving their order to cancel an eligible online purchase without giving a reason.

Certain genuinely personalised products may be exempt from this cancellation right.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

9. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information during checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us as quickly as possible.

We will attempt to correct delivery details where reasonably possible, but changes cannot always be made after an order has entered production or been dispatched.

Where an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer causes additional costs, reasonable redelivery charges may apply where permitted by law.

This does not affect our responsibility for errors caused by us or our delivery partners.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Everybody Shirts name, branding, original artwork, designs, graphics and website content are owned by Everybody Shirts or used with appropriate permission.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify or commercially exploit our original designs or website content without prior written consent.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with its design.

Any third-party trademarks or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, special offers or discount codes.

Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including eligibility requirements, expiry dates or restrictions on combining offers.

Any applicable conditions will be communicated alongside the promotion.
